Why Bluehost is the Best Web Host I've Used in a Long While

I am the IT Manager of a fairly large Not-For-Profit organisation. The company website gets half-a-million or so hits in a month easily. Choosing the right web-host was a pain in the A. Until we discovered Bluehost.
Bluehost boasts to have 20,000 new customers every month, and now it's easy to see why.
First off, it's cheap. For less than 7 bucks a month for their basic account, which comes down to what, around 80 bucks a year ONLY, you get a package that gives you unlimited hosting, unlimited space, unlimited file transfer and unlimited email accounts.
But that's not even half of it. You also get SSL protection, and free website builder with some of the best templates I've ever seen.
A lot of web hosts boast 99% uptime and what not. And while this is far from the truth and not anything more than a mere marketing gimmick, it is absolutely one hundred percent true in the case of Bluehost.
They also give you a host of other features - mind you, for 80 bucks a year - all of which can be seen on their website. Many of the popular scripts, such as Joomla and WordPress, to name a few, are supported and easily installable using their SimpleScripts Installer.
Their customer service is amazing. The response, via chat and email are almost always very prompt, quick and very professional. Their lines are toll free, and equally good and professional!
I haven't even gotten to the best part yet: their awesome Control Panel.
Their Control Panel, or C-Panel as they refer to it, is by far one of the best User Control Panels I've ever come across. It's a prime example of how a web host's C-Panel should be: the interface is easy-to-use and easy-to-navigate, user-friendly, intuitive and clean. It provides the user with everything at a single glance. All the available tools are organized in separate boxes. The webpage-related settings are organized in one box, while the email-related settings in another. It's pretty fast too. And above all, the icons can be easily organized across the interface as per the user's preference, via simple drag-and-drop.
The cPanel also shows its user the stats such as available and used bandwidth.
Bluehost's website allows the user to experience a demo of the cPanel absolutely free. Highly recommended that everyone who reads this give it a go, at least once.
Other than that, they also offer Reseller Web Hosting, something that I've been thinking of getting for a little personal project of mine. The packages are quite good, and above all, it comes from a proven and reliable leader in the web-hosting industry.
My company's website has been running on this gem of a server for a good part of the year and it hasn't disappointed once!
